St. Anne School Instrumental Music Program
The Westside Music Foundation has raised and secured over $10,000 in funds and donations to establish an instrumental music program at St. Anne School, a Kindergarten-8th Grade, Title I school in Santa Monica with 70% of its students qualifying for the Federal Free Lunch Program (family income at or below 130% of the federal poverty level). St. Anne now has an ensemble of a dozen new Orff-Schulwerk xylophones, glockenspiels, and metallophones, 80 recorders; and 30 acoustic guitars.
The Crossroads School has generously donated a large collection of new Orff-Schulwerk hand percussion instruments, including hand drums, timpani, triangles, bells, maracas, shakers, and scrapers.

The St. Anne School Support Council is also pleased to announce that 25 additional brand-new acoustic guitars have been donated to our guitar program and will be arriving in January 2008!
